Scope like a founder: MVP, 1.1 and 2.0
Every idea wants to be huge. Three labels keep yours small enough to actually ship.

The most common reason first products never launch isn’t bad code. It’s that the list of features keeps growing faster than the app does.
Three labels, no exceptions
- MVP: the app is pointless without it. Ships at launch.
- 1.1: makes it better. First update after real people use it.
- 2.0: exciting, but later. Park it.
Every new idea gets one of those labels before anyone builds anything. Most ideas turn out to be 1.1 or 2.0, and that’s the point.
Let the list run your sessions
With a tagged feature list, your next build session is one sentence: build the next MVP item. No re-explaining, no wandering into features nobody asked for.
